Michelle was fantastic. From the moment we met her we were impressed by her knowledge of the area. The crazy day of house shopping was so much fun as Michelle is easy-going yet always professional. Not once did we ever feel like she was trying to talk us into a property. She genuinely wanted us to find our perfect home. She did not waste a moment of our time. I really enjoyed working with Michelle on the (almost) purchase of a home. Michelle was very attentive to my needs and worked with me to determine the best property for my family based on our lifestyle. Because of Michelle's attention to detail, she uncovered a clause in the contract, during final negotiations, regarding access to marine amenities. Michelle recommended we walk away from the property since this issue would cause long-term issues with our property value.
